Refund Policy

Postshape is operated by North Comet Pvt Ltd. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes every refund.

14-day refund

You can get a full refund within 14 days of the first payment for a subscription. No reason is needed.

Renewals

Monthly and yearly renewals are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Cancel from Profile before your renewal date to stop the next charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Plan changes

When you switch plans, the new plan is charged immediately, minus credit for unused time on your current plan. Credit left over goes toward later renewals.

How to request a refund

Email support@postshape.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.
