Terms of Service

Postshape is operated by North Comet Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), Sector 18, Noida, India. These terms are a contract between you and North Comet Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using Postshape, you accept them.
The service
Postshape plans, writes and designs social media posts for your brands, schedules them, and can publish them to Instagram accounts you connect.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments handles payment, invoices, sales tax and refunds, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; Dodo Payments adds tax at checkout where it applies.
- Each plan includes a number of brands, drafts and generated backgrounds. Draft and background limits reset monthly from your subscription start date, on monthly and yearly billing alike.
- Plan changes take effect immediately. The new plan is charged when you switch, minus credit for unused time on your current plan, and your billing date moves to that day.
- Cancel any time from Profile. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, logos and brand details you upload, and of the posts Postshape creates for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store, process and send that content where needed to run the service, including to the AI providers and social platforms described in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
AI-generated content
Captions, research and images are produced by AI models. They can be inaccurate, resemble existing work, or be unsuitable for your audience. Review posts before they publish, including posts scheduled for automatic publishing. You are responsible for what is published on your accounts. We may refuse requests or remove content that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Postshape to:
- break the law, defraud anyone, or send spam;
- infringe intellectual property, or impersonate a real person or brand;
- create sexual content involving minors, harassment, hate, or content that incites violence;
- access other accounts or our systems without permission, interfere with or overload the service, or reverse engineer it;
- break the rules of the platforms you connect, including Instagram.
Connected accounts
When you connect an Instagram account, you authorise Postshape to publish to it on the schedule you set. Meta’s terms apply to that account. We are not responsible for platform outages, limits, or actions a platform takes on your account.
Our intellectual property
The Postshape software, design and name belong to North Comet Pvt Ltd. These terms let you use the service; they do not transfer any of our rights. Sample designs on this site are examples, not customer work.
Availability
Postshape is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove features.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious misuse. You can stop using Postshape at any time by cancelling your plan and asking us to delete your account. If your subscription ends and you do not start a new one, your uploaded and generated images are deleted 90 days later.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We will post updated terms on this page with a new date and email account holders about material changes. Using Postshape after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
